The ScrumMaster in a Scrum project has the task of accompanying or coaching the ScrumTeam (=software architects, developers and test engineers) in the goal-oriented application of the Scrum principles. The ScrumMaster primarily supports in removing impediments (in the organization, in the equipment, etc.). The ScrumMaster is often no longer necessary for experienced ScrumTeams.
