The iteration cycles in Scrum-Projects are called Sprint and usually last between 2 and 4 weeks. At the end of a sprint there is a finished product increment. Each Sprint is concluded with a Sprint Review, where the Product Owner checks and approves the work results. In the Restrospective, team members reflect on their collaboration, identify potential for improvement and refine the rules for collaboration.
